We are starting some limited pre-order shipping to test the process, as the information flow is much different than with our Kickstarter backers.
If you are a pre-order customer and see that a pre-order customer with a higher order number than yours has received their Paddler, please understand that we are testing the whole fulfillment process in various locations and not going in strictly first-in, first-out sequence in the first week or two.
We also make and ship in lots of 1,500 units for each color, so that affects the timing of individual shipments, too.
Please note that if you have multiple orders, you will need to enter each order number individually and complete the survey for each order separately.
As we move to fulfill pre-orders, follow these instructions to update your color choice or to tell us if you need an address change.
If you have issues with the Preorder portal working, try your phone or another internet browser. We find there are some delay issues with Chrome in our testing of this process.
We can't ship your order unless you follow these instructions and complete this process. Thus, you may see people with higher order numbers than yours being shipped because they completed this process before you or were part of our testing group.
